Victoria Falls - Zimbabwe/Zambia

We crossed the borders from Zambia to Zimbabwe and viewed Victoria Falls from both sides of the countries.

Basilica de la Sagrada Familia, another architecture by Antonio Gaudi, is really impressive ..  It had took over a hundred years to build.

 

Now another 13 years more to complete.... look at the video to have a sneak preview how it will look like once it's completed.

Dubai Feb 2013

I started off 2013 by spending the chimes new year season with my siblings in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. My first trip traveling with all my siblingS. I meant I have travelled with my brother and sisters separately but never together...

So it's really a trip that we were all looking forward to....It's like a siblings-bonding trip together ! Being an avid traveller, I volunteered to plan some activities for the trip.

We did a hot-air balloon flight !!!! It was really exciting. We got up wee hours to travel to the middle of the desert, but was told the flight was cancelled due to strong winds but we did not give up. We got up early next morning and we did it !!!

We dined and wined at the famous 7-star hotel in Dubai ..

Talking about pampering ourselves ... We've done that too !

Life is like going through many journeys.
The journey of growing up (through learning) 

The journey of growing old (throughs ups and downs)

The journey of growing wise (through experiences, be it good or bad)

Just like many other people, I love traveling. Travel is part of the journey. We travel to widen our knowledge, to explore the unknown, to experience new things or even to get to know someone from a different background or culture altogether.

In fact sometimes I feel that I work just to fund my travel addiction.

Of course, Not all travel plans turn out to be great or perfect. I'm glad to say most of trips are pretty relaxed and enjoyable for me, still I have my fair share of travel boo-boos, screw-ups, terrible travel companions and unpleasant encounters but never affect me for long.

just like LIFE itself. There are good days and bad days... but I kept my positivity, moved on and continue my journey, hoping to make the best out of it.

As much as i hope to travel to every part of the world but knowing there's always limitations, be it monetary or practicality, whether its viable or unachievable, I know there's always somewhere out there one has never been yet... 

I'm happy to share my travel experiences to connect to that someone out there in certain parts of this earth and likewise, I hope someone can connect with me and bring the part of their world to me.

The world is a big puzzle.
