L.I.F.E weekend of worship 25 Jan 2015

I was away for more than a month and got back this week.

2015 today is my first service since I'm returned from my long long holiday.

I'll put all my life in God's hand.

If you take away Faith, you will be living in a LIE.

God is most high.. What's he's most high of. Mercy and Grace.

So in our most high position in life, we are not just being powerful.. Lets remember to be most merciful and graceful

God answers our prayers

God, have mercy on us. 

Something upsetting happened and I ask that you can help pray for us. SS's mum was admitted to hospital and her heart stopped twice yesterday. Managed to resuscitate her back but she's in critical condition. I'm praying for healing as well as recovery for her and also strength and positivity in his family.

Our plans to ROM next month may be shelved. To be honest, I can tell we are not in the mood for celebration. I rather we just take it as a loss for the items we have paid for the ROM preparations

It's like a mixed of feelings now. I feel so heavy hearted. Now I just hope she recovers. SS had stayed overnight at hospital, watching over his mum. Although SS didn't say much but I know he's very upset... She will Be fine and she will recover. By His stripes, she will be healed !! Amen

Please keep praying for his mum. 😘. Meanwhile people, stay healthy and happy ok !!!

Completed activity: THK BMV 2nd year anniversary celebration - 8 Nov 2014

Time flies……2 year ago, when we first started with a pure intention to bring free fitness program to the elderly sector, to ignite their confidence and get them active. We believe everyone needs to age actively and gracefully. We went into the senior activity centres in the neighbourhood to spread this initiative. Today we celebrated our 2nd year anniversary with healthier and fitter elderly.

They had so much fun taking photoshoots with quirky and fun props. We gave out new tops donated by kind souls and even conducted lucky draw.We are so glad to see the elderly becoming happy,cheerful and positive than they were before.

~ Somehow I feel, for the past 2 years it wasn't just fitness alone that have made them healthier, it was because we have also brought them happiness, love, care and concern ~
