Faith

What is faith ?

1 kings 17 Elijah asked for a small cake from someone who has nothing and has no motivation to live on

Faith is the foundation for believers 

Worship is the building the foundation 

1. The heart of Faith

Putting faith entirely in God. faith in The Lord 

When the river brook dries up, God provide miracles to fill it full. 

We can comfortable with our lives, we can get complacent hence when we get lazy and become "still" believers... When things happen to you, it's God making the move to move you out of the comfort zone, shakes you up, builds you and strengthen you. It's Faith !

The journey of Faith. We must have the heart of faith.

2.The ears of Faith 

To listen to the words of God. Prompting of the Holy Spirit and praying that God speaks to us. We have to turn our ears to God to hear his words. Level of Proximity - you have to come close to hear his words

3. The eyes of Faith 

Evidences

To see the accomplishments to be made. Focus on God and not focus on yourself. Your eyes of faith is able to see the accomplished fact before it happens. Seeing is believing. The Vision of God

4. The walk of Faith

Walking along side with God. When you hear the word, you will walk the word. Your actions will bring blessing to other and bring glory to God.

God is not feeding you, God is providing supply

Feed Is just a meal but supply is provision .

God is our provision 

Reflection - March 2014

On and off when I slowed down my pace, and when most of my duties and stuffs needed to be done are completed, I spent some time reflecting.

Sitting down having dinner on my own at 老火汤, looking at passerbys, thinking how I can make myself and my life better . . .

Saw a couple walked by - I feel thankful to God for sending Sng into my life

He's my soulmate, my confidante, my helper, my support, my friend, my listening ear, my baby and my love.❤️

I've never felt so right with someone. Everything about Sng was perfect for me.

I know nothing is perfect but I felt perfect being with him. 

I came over to his place, stepping into his home and finding this sign right at the door once I opened it....

How sweet he is , isn't it ?

Our nursery

Early this year, Sng and I went to the florist to "adopt" some pots of plants and flowers.

Sng has an avid interest in gardening, or at least he tries while I'm someone with no green fingers and definitely unenthusiastic about plants.

But being with Sng, has made me grown to appreciate the beauty of the development from a seeding into a big plant.

It's something I've grown to like it. Seeing the growth of the plant give you joy somehow...  Never know i can be so excited waking up to check out of the plant has grown bigger or if they are spouting out new leaves etc.

Here's our little nursery corner that Sng has done up. He even bought lights for the corner so that they get sufficient sunlight. So thoughtful 

Tomato, capsicum, eggplant, mint, rosemary, basil and garlic.

He makes it interesting by asking me to label each of the plant.

It's so fun ! 

I gave him a fittonia plant as a present. Here's one I decorated

Look at his orchid blossom and let's check out how the nursery been doing !
