I'm now a landlord !

We finally handed over the house to the tenant.Both me and SS sweep, mop and clean up the place ..

Once we hand over the keys to the tenant, it will be 2 years from now I'm going to miss seeing this unit. .. Hope my tenant will take good care of my house.

From Now till then, here are some of the last few pictures I took from Inside my unit. I'm glad I'm earning rental income meanwhile.. And I think my tenant is an awesome person too.
