1. Decisiveness - ability to make choices quickly and confidently.
(Substandard - it's a woman's prerogative to change their minds cos woman don't know what they want !! Hahaha) but yet woman knows what they don't want
You need a set of values and guide principles to make your decisions in order to make them quickly and confidently
2. Consistency - firmness of your character where Actions and values are in agreement. If the actions and values are not in alignment, it is in hypocracy. (Hypocrite). When you marry, you are not marrying his money, talents, skills or for his humor, you are marrying his character.

Strength - his strength is demonstrated in his gentleness. He must not be weak. Genesis 2:18 a profound opinion frOm God. It's not good for man to be alone. I will make him a helper fit for him. Means Man needs help. Woman is designed to help and support but it's always been misinterpreted as being to control Man.
If a man is indecisive, inconsistent and weak, then a Woman will emerge to feel responsible and step in to take leadership.
